This role proactively influences quality from ideation through release/grooming user stories, shaping test strategies, and ensuring requirements are testable, clear, and risk aware. The job holder’s ability to translate product and technical documentation into comprehensive test plans and test cases will directly reduce defects, improve system stability, and drive confident production releases.</p><p>Operationally, the Analyst QA/Test elevates the QA function through disciplined execution and data-driven decision-making. They lead and coordinate testing efforts across multiple initiatives, manage regression cycles, tracks and reports QA metrics, and partners closely with product, design, and engineering leaders to continuously raise the quality bar. Success requires strong judgment, adaptability, and sense of urgency to ensure issues are identified early, communicated clearly, and resolved efficiently keeping teams aligned, stakeholders informed, and delivery timelines intact.</p><p>This role operates within a highly creative, “infinite-solutions” environment that supports the end-to-end Yearbook manufacturing lifecycle, from digital creation and customization to production readiness.
