WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY:

  • Answering client calls
  • Responding to client requests from Alphabet within the requested deadlines according to the quality standards defined by Alphabet.
  • Establishing long-term leasing proposals in compliance with commercial conditions.
  • Ensuring the proper application of the general terms and conditions of sale for your client portfolio.
  • Coordinating and managing client complaints and disputes for Alphabet.
  • Following contracts (Renewals, Returns, Transfers, etc.).
  • Analyzing fleets for contract amendment management and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Establishing quotes in relation with Client Managers and Account Managers for Car Policy of clients.
  • Controlling and recording client orders; transmitting the right information to the concerned service to ensure a compliant and quality delivery.
  • Occasionally, supporting Account Managers in meetings.

With a Bac +4 / Bac +5 degree, you have a sense of challenge that allows you to evolve in a dynamic environment. You demonstrate:

  • Good verbal skills and are capable of mastering telephone relations
  • Good mastery of the Office Pack software and general IT tools
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to structure priorities
