In this role, you will create demand for company products and services by raising the company's profile with customers in North America. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure defined customer needs are met. You are expected to be the leader of the accounts you manage, growing our presence and level of engagement with the assigned customers. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="margin:0.0px">Key Accountabilities</h2> </div><div><ul> <li>Develop and implement strategy for designated key customers to expand demand, improve margin growth and extend strategic partnership. </li> <li>Establish trust, mutually beneficial and long term partnership with customers, clarify mid to long term customer needs and develop and agree to a specification of customer requirements. </li> <li>Collect insights from the external market to understand competitors and influence trends, define and deliver value proposition. </li> <li>Build and nurture an internal network to deliver optimal solutions such as the leadership of collaboration with key stakeholders internally, definition of long term strategy and anticipation of challenges to ensure effective resolution of issues. </li> <li>Use tailored storytelling that resonates with and inspires customers, that create excitement around our role in the achievement of their strategic objectives. </li> <li>Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience. </li> <li>Strong project management skills </li> <li>Experience in understanding customer context, uncovering customer key performance indicators, articulating customer objectives and adding value to partnerships </li> <li>Experience in business development in highly competitive, mature markets </li> <li>Experience in value-based selling</li> <li>Experience selling to Food Manufacturers (CPG’s) is strongly preferred<span> </span></li> <li>Travel Requirements: 40%</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="margin:0.0px">External Applicant Information</h2> </div><div><p><span style="">The expected base salary for this position is $131,000 to $165,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
